Creating a new domain in existing active directory

Hi,
I presently have several servers running Windows 2000
Server and Advanced Server. One of them is a domain
controller running active directory and acting as a DNS
Server for an existing domain we use for work purposes. We
are presently using cc:Mail and want to migrate to
Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. I would like to add our
company domain to the active directory (create a forest, I
believe)to keep one active directory for everything and am
unsure exactly what steps I should take first. Does anyone
have any ideas or know of any "How To" articles that I
could look at. Thanks!
