Creating A Meeting in Outlook Calendar

I want to create a meeting in Outlook Calendar and send out meeting notices
to several receipients who will then accept or decline the invitation. I
want to do with all through MS Access using VBA.

I have looked at this and I can't find what I'm looking for. I have created
several applications using email. What I want to do is use the calendar. I
want to set up a meeting and send out a meeting notice that will post on a
recipients calendar. Do you know how to do that?
