Creating a formula

Hi

I need to creat a formula which will highlight a row when the despatch date
comes within 2 days of the present date and nothing has been input in the RFD
column.

Eg. Due Date RFD
3 June 2007 Y
4 June 2007

I would need the row with the 4 June highlighted in a colour to let me know
this product has not yet been Readied For Delivery.

Mark your range of data
Format>Conditional Formatting>Formula Is
=AND($A2<>"Y",TODAY()-$B2<2)
Set Format to whatever required
