Creating a form

I am trying to create a form with information from 2 tables, 1 table is for
hardware and the other is for software by user. When I open the form it is
putting all the information in for the 1st half of the users. How do I
create a form with 2 seperate sections on the one form?

I'd suggest a form based on the User table, with two subforms, one for
hardware, one for software. Not being sure how your tables are set up
I'm not certain exactly how this would work, but that's my advice.
