In the Database Window, click the Forms tab, then click the New button. You
will have the choice of using a Wizard or starting with a blank form. I'd
suggest some self study before doing either... a book that I recommend for
novice users is "Microsoft Access <versionnumber> Step by Step" from
Microsoft Press.

There's also some training material online at Office Online,

When I last looked, there were 12 courses of varying length, but none listed
as longer than an hour. The price is right -- they are free.
