Creating a Form To Update Multiple Tables

Hi,

If I have one child table with a relationship between 7 parent tables
and I want to use a form to add new records to my child table, would
I
want to have my form linked to a query or would I want to have my
form
linked to the child table with individual fields from my parent
tables
using a lookup function or something?

Answered in another group. Please don't "multipost" - if you must (hint: it's
rarely necessary) post in more than one group, please crosspost instead,
adding two or three (no more please!!) newsgroups to the Newsgroups: line. The
exact mechanism depends on how you're connecting to the newsgroups.

I posted it here cause I thought it more of a forms question after the
fact and someone had gotten pretty anal when I posted a question in
the wrong group before...
