Creating a distribution list from the "To" field of an email

Hi,

Is there an easy way in Outlook 2003 to create a new distribution list from
all the addresses in the To: field of an existing message? This questions
appears to have been asked many times but I can find no solution. It appears
to have been possible using cut and paste in previous versions of Outlook,
but not 2003 that I am using.

Commercial, 3rd party add-ins appear to offer a solution, but it is such a
basic task that I am amazed that it couldn't easily be done in Outlook
natively.

on the format of the email addresses, which you did not post. The answer
