Creating a db

I am trying to create a db. So far I have two tables, one is for providers
and the other is for the services the provider offer. I need to know how to
link these to tables. Provider has info such as provider name, provider id,
address, phone, ect. The services table has service provided and service id.
I don't know how to create the relationship between them so that I can
either have provider showing the services they offer or by services by the
provider. Need help.

You need a third table - Provider_Servie. Have a primay key field in both
the provider and service table. In the Provider_Servie table have foreign
key field to set a one-to-many relationship from the provider and service.
In the Provider_Servie table have files like StartDate, EndDate, Contact,
Price, Terms, etc.

Use form/subform for data entry.
