Creating a clickable map

Guest

I want to creat a clickable map of France. I can get a map off the internet
showing the regions of France but I don't know how to make it clickable (by
this I mean that if someone clicks on a region, there is a hyperlink to
another page).

I think this is fairly simple to do, but I have no idea how to go about it.
Can anyone advise me? Alternatively, if someone can do it cheap, I would be
happy to pay.

Regards,
Doug

Insert the image on your page. Click on it to bring up the picture toolbar.
On the far right of the bar you'll see "hotspot" drawing tools. rectangle,
oval and polygon. Chose one and draw a shape around the part of the image
that you want to create the hyperlink. After you stop drawing the Create
Hyperlink dialog box will appear. Repeat this for each clickable region you
want.

Techical term is known as an "image map" and you use the "hotspots" tool to
make the "hot spots" to be made into clickable links.
