creating a boot disk

I need help in creating a bootable disk so I can reinstall
windows. The procedure calls for a bootable floppy that is
formatted with the /s parameter. Any help yuou can give in
how to create one is greatly appreciated.

A boot disc can be made by Inserting a floppy then open
windows explorer\right click\your floppy
drive\format\create a boot disc.
you can also get a set of six set up floppies that you
download from the microsoft site the use of these is
explained at that site.
