Creating a 2000 database using 2003 Access

Hello,

Just a quick question. Is there a way to creat a A2K database using A2K3?
I know that I can build it and then convert it, however, sometimes when I do
that there are parts that don't work exactly right.

Can anyone help me?

Access 2003 creates A2000 format databases be default, unless you changed
the setting under:
Tools | Options | Advanced | Default File Format

But if you use any of the functionality that is in A2003 but was not in
A2000, that part won't work correctly in A2000 of course.

Well, actually, the default file format for a2003 is a2000!!1

When you open up the application, note the text in the top heading
bar...will actually tell you what format....

If you are already in a2000 format, then you don't have to convert the
appcation...

, however, sometimes when I do

that there are parts that don't work exactly right.

My car don't work!...what is wrong!! (the above is not much to go on).

The first thing I would check is references, that useably is a problem when
moving the database to another machine.
