Createing a page in Access 2003 to enter search criteria

I am working on a helpdesk database and I am trying to create a page where
the users can enter data in various fields click a search button to search
the entire database and then return this data to them. Does anyone have
sample code that I can use to create this search command button?

Yes I am familiar with that way, that is what I have now but I would like to
create a a separate unbound page now with various fields. Then include a
Search command button with the relavant programming. This would be more ideal
for my situation.
