Created form Not shown in Form View - Problem ?

I created a couple of forms using "Create form by wizard" ok. When I create
the 3rd form accessing a table and then saved it before closing. Somehow,
the new (3rd) form does not show up in the Form view as other forms.

When I tried to re-create it again by selecting the same table, as soon as I
click Finsh, the form pops up. When I click the X control, Access prompted
me "Do you want to save changes to the design of form "Form1" ?", I click yes
and gave it a new name. The form DOES NOT close and remains open. When I
click the X control again and this time click No to save request. The form
disappears.

Can someone tell me what is happening ?

It sounds like the form is corrupt. Try compacting the database
(Tools>Database Utilities>Compact) to see if that helps.

If not, try deleting the form. If that fails to work, create a new database
and import everything EXCEPT the bad form. Then create the form again.
