Create Tab in templates dialogue box

How do you create a new tab in the template dialogue box which is linked to
template files on a server?

You can put a folder in a user templates folder or a workgroup templates
folder. You can do the same thing with a Windows shortcut to a folder. You
should look into the workgroup templates folder, though, too. That lets you
have multiple tabs from your server folder, not just one. For more on the
