Create simple Quiz in Powerpoint.

I need to create in powerpoint a true false quiz. Does anyone have an
example they can show me or email me?

I need the slide to display around 8 questions. At the end I want the
score and an ability to print and save the slide to desktop.


Is there a way this form can be created so the "enable macros"
question does not come up when viewing?

No can do without macros (at least in PowerPoint). You can check out the
two samples I have on my site, however. But you MUST click "Enable macros"
to make it work.
