create order form

I need a help using access to create a form for input to 2 existing tables,
for example i have customeers and product table,so how to create one form
that fill tables with information?
 
The Northwind.mdb that ships will all Access installs has a great example of
how that is done. Just open the Northwind database and study what it has and
how it works.

Start by looking at the Orders form and the Orders Subform.
