create new pst file with empty folders

My pst file is getting very large. I am going to create a new one, but, in
an effort to save lots of typing, I have a question. I have dozens of
folders/sub-folders in the present one, and would like to create the new,
empty one with the folder structure intact. Is there a feature in Outlook
2002 SP3 that will handle that?
