create menu with layers

I really like the menu they created with layers in the demo for MS FP2003.
Of course, no matter how I try I can't seem to duplicate. Does anyone know
where I might find a tutorial to get that effect?

Thx Mr. Smith Very neat tutorial... I like how candid Mr. Buyens was
about the limitations of DHTML in FP 2003. At least I won't be in for any
unpleasant surprises and can plan accordingly.
