create Line jump in flowchart

could you provide a bit more detail about what you're trying to accomplish?
 
Not really, PowerPoint's lining tools aren't that sophisticated.

I would suggest using MS Visio (has line jumps) to create the flow chart,
than saving as a PNG or vector graphic and importing that into PowerPoint.
