Create letter in WORD with information from a form

Hi there,

I have been tearing my hair out trying to figure out how to do the following
so any help would be greatly appreciated.

What I want to do is click on a button on a form, which then opens a
document template in Word and then transfers information from the form (such
as name, address etc) to the word document.

I have read an article about using WordML but I'd like to avoid that because
it looks rather complicated. But if this is the only way (sigh...) I'm happy
to accept that.

Thanks in advance --

Thanks Albert.

I have tried and used your WordMerge sample and it works fine. What else
happened to my form was it printed all the forms fields but cant print all
the fields in the subform.

This is because in my Form where I inserted your codes, I also have a
subform with it. After creating a Word Template and Inserting all the
fields, I found out that all the fields from the subforms were not among
those displayed. What is wrong with my forms? Can it be fixed?

This is the tables I have and fields.
----------------------------------
tbl Releasenotes: itemsid, release date, releaseby, checkedby, rr# (All
these fields were shown)
tbl items: items, qty, description, weight (None of these among the list of
fields to be merged)

the 2 tables were linked by itemsid and items in a 1 to Many relationship.

Any help
