Create hyperlink missing in MSOutlook 2003.

I want to be able to open a dialog in MSOutlook 2003 an be able to create
E-mail address, and or a hyperlink that I can put where I want it to be. If
there is a dialog. Then Please where is it? Why can't I easily find it? Thank
You.

When you have Word as the e-mail editor the dialog is more functional.
