Create Freeze Panes

I have a form that is very wide and cannot be narrowed anymore. Can I create
a Frozen pane effect (as per Excel) to lock some of the left most columns of
data and allow the others to be scrolled horizontally to?

No, you can't. But I'd suggest re-designing your form; perhaps using Tab
controls, or some other method of grouping information.
