Create DOS boot CD

With no floppy drive, I must create a DOS boot CD. It's been years since I've
done this manually; what files to copy over?

These are the files on my DOS startup disk:
DISPLAY.SYS, EGA2.CPI, EGA3.CPI, EGA.CPI, KEYB.COM,
KEYBOARD.SYS, KEYBRD2.SYS, KEYBRD3,SYS, KEYBRD4.SYS,
MODE.COM, and hidden files: COMMAND.COM, CONFIG.SYS,
IO.SYS, MSDOS.SYS
