?? Create Colored Bullet Outline Template (Different Colors/Line)

Hi,
How do we create an outline that we can use every time. I want to create an
outline where each level has a different color/font format. I was able to
get the bullet colors/format to change, but I can't get the font color/format
to match the bullet for each level.

Then, also - is there a way so that when I copy & paste an outline from
another document & put it into this template, where the bullets/fonts/styles
will change automatically, so that I don't have to manually change all the
fonts & colors & bullets.

You need to create your bullet hierarchy as an outline-numbered list (see
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/numbering/OutlineNumbering.html) and modify
the style for each level to be the desired color.
