Create an envelope template

I want to create an envelope template (6.5 X 9.5), import a company logo and
address for the return, a section for the recipient's name and address and
save this as a word file for repeated use.

You can download sample envelope templates from my web site. Change the page
size if necessary (though in practice moving the address frame down a bit
should suffice.)
