Create Accounts in Bulk

Is there a way to create/import a bulk number (say 50)
mail enabled users in Windows 2000? In NT/Exchange 5.5,
you could import a csv file to create mailboxes and create
accounts at the same time. Is there anyway to do this in a
2000 environment?

Check in the windows.server.scripting newsgroup, there are
several posts related to this in that group.
