Create a xpe recovery cd

I follow the steps of this article http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa460091.aspx
,and create a recovery cd successfully. It boots successfully and this
command "sdimgr.wsf recovery.sdi /writedisk:0 /yes " also works, i can
see the message "*Writing to disk :"\\.\PhysicalDrive0"..." , but i
don't see a message appears that the writing is complete and just
shows x:>. When i remove the cdrom and reboot, it can't boot and the
harddrive(use CF Card) has unknow data and its size is larger than my
harddrive space. How could i solve this problem? Any idea will be
appreciated!

P.S.:In my recovery cd , i can see my image files correctly.

I just try again later and format the CF Card format as FAT format,
and now i can see my image file in the CF Card, but it can't boot up
and i want the format of CF Card to be NTFS. Do i need newer version
of WINPE to support NTFS??

Can you format and read your CF card with NTFS in regular Windows XP (not
XPE)?
(Your model of CF card may only support FAT).

If that works, then probably the disk image you are trying to write
is not compatible with the CF Card. The best way to make a disk
image that will be compatible is to read it from the same model
of CF card as you are trying to write.
Don't make an image of a hard drive and try to write it to the CF card.
