Create a table from Word labels

I received a Word mailing labels document and was asked to turn it into a
table document so that it can be exported into Excel. Is there a simple way
to do this?

Mailing labels are already a table, but I suspect what you've really been
asked to do is to convert it to a mail merge data source in Excel. See
