create a rule to search subject for "word1" and "word2"

I need to create an outlook rule that searches a subject for one word and
another word ("computer" and "help"), rather then looking for one word or
antother (so, not "computer" or "help") without having "and" in the subject
(so, not "computer and help").

Help!
