Create a report or query

I need to create a report (query?) that culls out negative responses from a
Yes/No field. There are a group of participants that are non-profit and I
have those noted by a yes/no column. When I print all participants I need to
calculate the sum of those regular ones and the non-profit ones.

I still need assistance. I have a query made that gives me one column that
has either a Yes or a No in it. I need to be able to print the "Yes" list.
The query is called Sum of Non-Profit.

Yes or True is stored as a negative one (-1) and No or False as zero (0).
Use these values in criteria of query.
