create a recurring meeting based on a changing date

I have a meeting that happens every month after accounting month end. That
date is never the same. I want to create a meeting that happens the 1st
Wednesday after month end.

Does anybody have a suggestion? I looked at customizing a holiday list, but
holidays don't have reminders or times (that I'm aware of).

Thank you for any suggestions!!
 
open the event and click the recurrence tab. There you will be able to
schedule the event.
