Create a meeting -add user does not check name-

When creating a meeting and adding the attendeed entry when typing the name
we do not see the list or get the red underline for usual names. Like
entering a name in the mail TO: the list of usual names appear.

How do I turn this on? When you click the check name in a partial name it
does give me the selection.
