create a macro to delete columns and then border remaining columns

I want to delete the same columns everytime. On the remaining columns, add
an outside border for each column, then format all date columns ro n/n/nn and
change the width to 8.

Lots of times the best way to get the code for stuff like this is to record a
macro when you do it manually.
