Create a link to a shared Exchange Mailbox Calendar in Outlook Tod

I'd like to know if it is possible to add a link to my Exchange mailbox
calendar in the Outlook Today personal folder view. Right now, when you click
on the Calendar link in Outlook Today, it automatically takes you to the .pst
Calendar. I want to be able to click on the Calendar link and have it take me
to a shared Exch Srv calendar. I'm using Windows XP Pro SP2 and Office XP
(Outlook 2002). The version of Exchange is 2003 and it's on a Windows Small
Business Server 2003 system. I've shared an Exch Srv mailbox calendar as
"Shared_Calendar", and I'd like to put a link to it in Outlook Today. Can it
be done?

My first question is if you have SBS which has Exchange then why not utilize
the mailbox on the server instead of a personal folder on the local system.
Which would allow for collaboration, backups, OWA and/or RPC over HTTP.
My suggestion would be to have the default location be the Exchange mailbox
(delivery location) and not the personal folder for various reasons. If you
have a need to create a public/shared calendar then you can do this by
creating a Public in the Exchange server and adding it to you favorites.
Can also add additional mailboxes to your Outlook profile.

Regards,

Francine

Thanks for the input Francine. I was just sharing a public calendar in a
client's office network so they could see one anothers appointments. etc. I
was seeing if I could prevent the client from seeing the .pst calendar when
clicking the Outlook Today calendar link and thinking this was the shared
calendar with each others info. Don't look like it can be done. Can I hide
the Calendar link in Outlook Today somewhere in the page's properties or
options?
