Create a justified form in access by code

I'm looking for the code to generate a "justified form" from a Query, but I
can't find it anywere.

Do you know the code?
 
What is your definition of a "justified form". How is this related to a
query?

Perhaps if you described what you wish to accomplish, but using other
terminology...
