Create a form with fields from multiple tables

How do I create a form for each record in a table that also pulls information
from other tables?
 
Genarally, with a form and subform. They would have to have something in
common, like an id number or autonumber field so that you can link them. Use
the form wizard to create you form and then the subform wizard to create the
subform. The wizard will ask you what you want to join on.
