Create a drop-down list of autotest entries

I want to create a drop-down list of autotext fields that I can add autotext
entries similar to the autotext entries in "Salutation", Closing", etc. For
example, in addition to "Salutation", "Closing" and the others, I want to
create my own headings and enter the autotext entries into my headings.
