create a drop down based on 2 previous inputs eg. country and are.

I wish to create a drop down in excel based on two previous conditions.
Condition 1 is country
Condition 2 is Area.

based on these responses I wish a third drop down to be created for crops eg
,rice ,wheat etc.

Can someone help me with this?
