Create a button on a form to add a file path to a record

I've put together a database and am looking at scanning all the documents
relating to a record and putting them into separate files. I then wish to be
able view the information in the file that relates to the record from within
the database. Does anyone know how I can
a) store the path within a field in the record
b) add a button on a form to allow me to choose the correct file path.

Any help would gratefully received

See the code in http://www.mvps.org/access/api/api0001.htm at "The Access
Web" for how to use the standard Windows File Open dialog to select a file
name. Once you know the file and path, you just store them the way you do
any other value.
