used?... for approx 60 seconds, then promptly got rid of it .....

Why did you get rid of it??
it is suppose to be spyware and adware free
 
Found another nice program:

PC Activity Monitor Pro
It's a powerful monitoring tool that helps you get reports on computer

There was certainly nothing untoward in it that I found.... I just found the
program to be a little of a PITA to work with (only installed it a it was
submitted to my freeware library - I generally don't use this kind of
program otherwise (and would obviously use my own if I did)).
