crashing

Help me please someone
My comp keeps crashing to a blue screen,and this is displayed HSF_v124.sys can anyone tell what this is?? Also I get win32k.sys and acpi.sys also. When I turn my comp on it tells me that it has found a serious error and when I submit it to mircosoft it tells me that a device driver caused it I have uninstalled my antivirus and my printer but it still happens please help before I chuck the comp out the window

You need an updated modem driver which XP doesn't have

If you do a search on Google referencing your modem and XP, you'll find plenty of articles suggesting a solution. My recommendation is to buy a newer modem that is XP compatible.
