Crashes every time

Every time I try and open Movie Maker it just crashes.
I have tried an update but it just takes me to Windows update site it does a
check of my computer but it will not update Movie Maker.

I'm running Windows Media Center XP on A HP Digital Entertainment Center Z540
Anybody have any ideas

I thught this will help, this is the report that the crash sends:
