i have office outlook 2003, when i recieve email from certain people, my
outlook locks up. When i launch task manager to close the application, i ofet
have duel outlooks in the application list. how can i stop the locking up
from happening

If you have multiple copies of Outlook running, this is the first thing
you should investigate. This is usually caused by Outlook add-ons that
prevent Outlook from closing completely.

Start Outlook in Safe Mode (Start -> Run -> outlook.exe /safe), see if
Outlook closes properly, then report back here.
