Ive got a ibm 830516A with a Gerforce DDR

Everytime i run a game, CRASH

Ive rebuilt and put on all the drivers from the IBM www
site. Still cant figure it out .. ran the nvidia drivers,
same result.

Im assuming that any game cant initialse the graphics card.

Windows runs fine under it .. no probs there.
Ive checked the bios numerous times and made sure all the
settings are ok in there ..

i must be using the wrong drivers or something .. ??

Can you run the d3d tests in dxdiag? Start>Run>"dxdiag" click the display
tab and run the tests. What happens? Also dxdiag can tell you what video
card you have and what video drivers you are running.

yup .. i can run dxdiag and everything in there comes up
fine, tells me exactly what is what .. i can run all the
tests and they say that all is well and all is good.
