Crash analysis

My computer keeps freezing then crashing. At least once I have to re-open my
browser before I finish anything I am doing on the internet. I posted this
question the other day but lost it. When I do the send error report and
click on more information, it tells me to see smartpops. I have done
everything it says, but have found no smartpops on my comp. Please help.

reinstall your computer or use netscape instead of IE may help you........
