crackling cd's

When i burn a cd on windows media player there's crackling on it that wasn't there in the original file. I've tried adjusting the speed but it made no difference. can anybody help me please?!
 
That's from Cd protection. You'll have to find a another way to rip the files. Something better then Media Player
 
What is the maker of the soundcard and motherboard?
How much memory does you computer have?

What program are running in the background?
Have anti-virus on?
