cracked monitor

My monitor was cracked by my freind when he was over. I can't see anything at
the bottom of the screen Help!

Even if you can re-adjust the settings in Display Properties > Settings tab >
Advanced button or by using the controlls on the monitor, GET the depreciated
value out of your "friend" so you can purchase a new one. After that if you
still wish to pal around with your "friend", DON'T EVER let your "friend" within
1000 yds of your property when wasted and/or ill tempered again.
