CPU very busy almost 100%

Task manager shows that my cpu is almost 100% busy all the time. this slows
down my computer espcially when working in my pictures. Runing xp home on
2.4g p4.

Have you done a spyware scan lately? It's been my experience that,
more often than not, general performance degradation can be traced
back to spyware.

The first two programs will scan and clean most spyware. I run them
both, because they have different definition files. Sometimes one
will catch something the other misses.

The Spyware Blaster program is a really good utility. It prevents
spyware from getting on your machine in the first place. Since
installing it, I've rarely had anything get on my machines.
