cpu usage running 100%

Just recently having trouble with cpu usage & corresponding hanging. When checking task manager the culprit appears to be "mu0.exe" This file is found in C:\windows\prefetch. Any ideas on what this file is/does or thoughts on solving my problem? P.S. - I have run PC-cillin, Ad-Aware, & Spy-Bot to try to eliminate any "outside problems" with no effect.
 
Spark, go to the C:\Windows\Prefetch Folder and empty it. It needs it once
in awhile.
