CPU Cowling

Does anyone know of a case/HSF that can "seal off" the CPU with a cowling or
duct, connecting to a case exhaust port? Companies like Dell use such a
solution but I never saw one for home-built systems. TIA

Yeah. You can do it with just about any case that has an exhaust fan
close enough to the CPU, there are plastic tubing options at my local
computer shops.
